Sustainable Santa Cruz maintains a 5.95 flat rate shipping fee, regardless of order amount or shipping location. 

• Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday – Friday), unless there is an issue, in which case we will notify you right away.
• When possible, we ship products using recycled packaging materials.
• An email confirmation will be sent when your order is processed.
• A second email confirmation will follow once your order is shipped with tracking information.
• We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority.
• We ship products within the US, its territories, APO/FPO addresses & Canada.
• Shipping promotions apply to Ground shipments within the US only.
